As a suburban retail specialist, Ali’s focus is to represent Landlords and Tenants in supporting all of their real estate needs. For over 7 years he has dedicated his practice to the suburban GTA market. Ali has built his Landlord and Tenant portfolio resulting in significant number of deals which has landed him on the list of top agents for the past several years, as well as on the President’s Round Table list. Ali provides clients with valuable experience from both the Landlord and the Tenant perspective through effective negotiation, time management, and communication. Ali’s primary focus is leasing, disposition and acquisition of commercial investment assets. Having joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2010, Ali has worked on a variety of assignments representing high profile clients, such as Manulife Real Estate, Medallion Corporation, Oxford Properties, Lash Development, Cortel Group, Canadian Tire Real Estate. Furthermore Ali has worked with a number of national tenants such as McDonald’s Restaurant of Canada, Liquor Control Board of Ontario, Goodwill Industries, Starbucks, Mucho Burrito, Subway Sandwiches and numerous other private retailers. Ali has recently acquired his Certified Commercial Investment Member pin (CCIM). CCIM members are recognized as commercial real estate valuation and negotiation experts. Ali’s experience and merit throughout the program earned him the position of the Educational Chair Committee for the Central Canada CCIM Chapter Board of Directors. Furthermore, Ali is a long time resident of Durham Region and his familiarity with the Greater Toronto Area is an immense asset to delivering value to his clients. Prior to his work in Commercial Real Estate with Cushman & Wakefield Ltd., Ali acquired several personal investment properties exposing him to extensive knowledge of operating, constructing and managing of commercial real estate assets
