Brandon joined CBRE Limited in 2013 and has been a valued member of the company ever since. His extremely diligent prospecting and hard work ethic has translated to rapidly growing success in both Landlord and Tenant representation. His client first mentality has led to a growing portfolio of loyal clientele throughout the Greater Toronto Area with specific attention paid to the Consumers Road Business Node. To date, Brandon has conducted over 160,000 square feet of transactions on behalf of both tenants and landlords. His tenacity and dedication to his clients ensure that number continues to grow exponentially year after year. With the guidance of his brother and business partner Dan Reid, Brandon has been able to gain a thorough understanding of the lease negotiation process and has proven himself to be an extremely valuable asset to his team.
