David is an instrumental member of the Toronto West Office Industrial team and has represented many fortune 500 industrial occupiers. His expertise lies in structuring lease transactions, property acquisitions and dispositions. David has strong relationships with many large developers, institutional investors and corporate occupiers. He completed over 2,500,000 square feet in industrial transactions in 2015 & 2016.
