Garrett Noiles is a Senior Associate of the Office Leasing division in Downtown Toronto. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2013, Garrett studied at Brown University and graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster University. He was named Cushman & Wakefield’s “Emerging Broker of the Year” in 2016 and was an award recipient at the NAIOP Greater Toronto Real Estate Excellence (REX) Awards in the same year. As a former NCAA athlete, Garrett brings the same level of service, persistence and professionalism to each unique real estate challenge he faces.
