Lee Billinkoff, Executive Vice President has been part of the Cushman & Wakefield Toronto Office Leasing division for 17 years. Lee provides innovative real estate solutions through his strong strategic and creative expertise and offers a range of services to clients with both local and global requirements. Specializing in complex real estate assignments, Lee is able to help his clients meet all their real estate needs, large or small. Lee is part of a specialized brokerage team that services multi-national clients across Canada and the United States. As the primary contact for both Wells Fargo and Publicis, Lee has the responsibility to astutely manage their entire real estate portfolios across Canada. In addition, Lee in partnership with Derek Snyder, Executive Vice President and Eric Shaw, Senior Vice President, are the number one leasing team in the country. Together they have represented some of North America’s most prestigious clients, including: Lowe’s, Wells Fargo, Dentsu Aegis Network, Bank of Montreal, Laurentian Bank, Willis Insurance and several of Canada’s most distinguished legal firms. Lee most recently completed the second largest leasing transaction in Canadian history with Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC) for up to 1.75 MSF for 81 & 141 Bay Street – Bay Park Centre.
