Melissa started her commercial real estate career in 2005 working alongside some of the top earners in the industry. Through her years of experience, Melissa has gained a firm grasp of the inner workings of real estate transactions as well as maintaining client relationships. Since joining C&W in 2010, Melissa has been involved in numerous significant projects and has maintained excellent working relationships with clients to enhance their overall satisfaction. Melissa’s primary focus is on dispositions and leasing of office and industrial properties in the North East GTA market. Prior to joining the real estate industry, Melissa worked as a paralegal, providing her with a strong knowledge of contracts and lease documents which has helped her to effectively negotiate contracts and gives her a competitive edge in the industry. Melissa is a committee member of Gateway Canada, an internal C&W women’s networking group, with an emphasis on external client and potential hire events. Melissa work’s alongside a team that’s focus is to coordinate and host events on behalf of Gateway Canada in order to attract, retain and advance professional women within the organization.
