Mike specializes in the suburban north east office and industrial market but has completed sale and lease transactions all over the GTA. Since joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2007 Mike has been involved in $60 million in sale transactions and 1.2 million square feet of lease transactions. He has worked with both private and institutional investors, user/owners and tenants. His constant attention to detail and excellent work ethic lead to superior results for his clients.
