With over 8 years’ experience working in commercial real estate, Tim has been directly involved with strategic real estate consultation, specializing in tenant representation throughout Toronto and the GTA. Tim has successfully completed over $120 million dollars in lease and acquisition/disposition value to date on behalf of regional and national clients throughout Canada. Tim started his career with Cushman & Wakefield Ltd. working with a senior office leasing team where he was able to apply his strong client service skills, financial analysis and market knowledge. Tim has been recognized for his achievements with the Cushman & Wakefield Chairman’s circle award. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Tim spent close to 7 years in the financial industry with the majority of that time representing one of the largest privately held investment fund companies in Canada, where Tim was a member of the sales team and supervisor responsible for building and maintaining in excess of $500 million in managed assets on behalf of the firm throughout much of Ontario. Tim and his team provide fully integrated, tenant focused services including in depth market analytics, lease analysis, financial analytics and negotiations.
